Holistic Vegetarian Cooking Art – A New Food Culture

Holistic vegetarian cuisine integrates the whole person into the process of eating. In our society, however, nutrition is mainly considered from the perspective of physical health. We therefore ask ourselves: What role does the individual play when choosing the ingredients for a meal, preparing it and then eating it?

The Forum for Holistic Vegetarian Cooking Art focuses on the development of one’s own personality with the help of nutrition. Interaction in this sense strengthens people’s self-efficacy and has an effect on the healing quality of food. This is still largely overlooked and would be an essential part of a holistic food culture in the future.

We invite you to learn about this culinary art and the associated research work in our video conferences and to engage in an exchange with us.

We welcome interested people who want to expand their traditional diet, as well as people from a wide variety of dietary backgrounds and cultures.
Whether vegetarian, vegan, healthy or ill, we welcome anyone who is interested in developing cooking into a healing art.

We are a team made up of people from a wide variety of countries. What unites us is the desire to expand and deepen our relationship with food, its preparation and consumption with new knowledge. We do this with economic and ecological ideals in mind, and in this way we also want to contribute to the fight against world hunger.
