Do we need a holistic vegetarian cooking art?

Welcome to the forum for Holistic Vegetarian Cooking art. We are an initiative that aims to contribute to World Hunger Aid by bringing new impetus to food culture. To this end, we meet online in the Telegram group “Holistic Vegetarian Cooking Art”, as well as in real life in the small village of Lundo in Trentino, Italy. There we research healing and aesthetic culinary arts, especially in the contemporary preparation of the seven grains and buckwheat, but we also develop recipes for holistic and vegetarian culinary arts. Salad culture, harmonious protein components, the preparation of vegetables taking into account their characteristic vitality or, rather, their ‘etheric structure’, and, last but not least, the alternation between sweet and salty taste experiences – these are all areas we explore. We also look beyond our own horizons and take an interest in the culinary arts of other countries, be it India, Georgia or Argentina, to name but a few.

Udo Renzenbrink’s findings on the seven grains are like the basics for this research and learning, while Heinz Grill’s explanations in the book ‘Nutrition and the inner sense of giving’ form another essential basis for our research. In our blog, we regularly present the results of our research with the corresponding recipe creations. If you don’t want to miss anything, simply sign up for our monthly newsletter!

Anyone who would like to participate in this work and acquire knowledge of holistic vegetarian cooking can register for a one-week-internship. For those who are already experienced, we offer a two-year training course to become a holistic vegetarian chef.

Regardless of researching food, learning to cook and teaching the art of cooking, we would like to warmly invite all those who are in need of regeneration, perhaps because they have just gone through a serious illness or a long period of stress: in cooperation with Sun Oasis Naone , we offer one-week regeneration stays under medical supervision. A healing, aesthetic, strengthening, centring and restorative diet is an essential pillar in any regeneration phase.

Why healing and aesthetic nutrition can even contribute to peace, is another topic that we address several times a year during our artists’ days, when we devote ourselves to the culinary arts of other countries.

Our website is still under construction, but there is a lot going on! So please check back soon and recommend the site to your friends and acquaintances. We also welcome donations to support our teaching and research activities!

With kind regards,

The Lundo Kitchen Team
